Elevator Buckets

ELEVATOR BUCKET VENTING Bucket with venting holes can improve the efficiency of some bucket elevators when handling certain products. On dense materials such as flour, meals, and mash feeds, the vents allow air to escape through the cup as it fills, which permits the

cup to fill more completely. During discharge, air can return through the cups as it empties, thus preventing a vacuum that could hold some of the products in the cup and cause backlegging.

A direct replacement for many other international brands.

On extremely light materials such as alfalfa meal, screenings and bran, a vented bucket not only minimizes blowing of the product during loading and discharge, but also reduces air turbulence in the leg as the bucket travels empty down the

return side of the elevator. A reduction in air currents minimizes the vacuum which can draw a light product through the down leg and back to the boot.

Our buckets are well regarded worldwide for their high quality to price ratio.

Four standard patterns air available. Customised patterns are available upon request.

FEATURES

● Bottomless buckets for agricultural use. ● An assembly of several bottomless buckets and one bucket with bottom

● Continuous discharge bucket for agricultural use. Suitable for low speed

is installed at a close spacing on the belt. This will allow materials to be

discharge elevators with belt speed of 0.5~0.8m/s. ● A perfect choice for products that are fragile or easily damaged. The low

conveyed continuously allowing larger capacity. Capacity can increase

speed of discharge makes it an ideal bucket for moving products that need to be conveyed with minimal impact. ● Ideal for handling grains, feeds, foodstuffs and seeds, etc.

1.5~2 times with the use of the bottomless buckets. Bottomless buckets can be used at higher discharge speed. ● Ideal for handling grains, feeds, fertilizers, seeds, salt and chemicals, etc.

Usage Recommendations ● Minimum bucket spacing: Buckets spacing in one group=“C” +1mm; Bucket spacing between the groups=Bucket Projection “B” - Bucket Depth “C” +25mm. ● For engineering purposes, we recommend using “L” for usable capacity. ● Mounting holes can be customised on request

Cotton Canvas Bottom Cover

● Polyester cotton conveyor belt is the upgraded product of cotton conveyor belt, and its tension resistant body is woven by

polyester cotton fibers in warp and cotton fibers in weft. ● Polyester cotton conveyor belts physical and mechanical characteristics are better than those of cotton conveyor belts, especially the belt body is thinner and lighter. The belt has lower energy and material consumption. It is the ideal choice for medium, short distance and medium-load transportation of materials.

High Temperature Resistant Conveyor Belt ● The belt carcass of this product is EP fabric of high modulus, low shrink, and high breaking tensile strength. ● Cover rubber of this product uses EPDM rubber or chlorobutadiene rubber that has very good high temperature resistance. ● The belt is made with extra care after mixing rubber with high temperature resistant materials, assembling and vulcanizing.

Chevron Conveyor Belt

Endless Belt

APPLICATION

Endless conveyor belt is conveyor belt that has been made into endless without joint in the process of production.

Chevron conveyor belt is suitable for conveying loose, bulky or

FEATURES

bagged materials on inclined surface at angles of less than 40

● Its feature is that there is no joint in belt carcass, and the belt shall not

be shortened in service life due to early failure in the joints of the belt. ● The belt is flat in surface and even in tension, thus it runs smoothly and

FEATURES

its elongation in working is low.

● Anti-slip

● Cover Rubber classification: General, oil, heat and chemical-resistant,

● Cleats and top cover rubber are vulcanized integrally

etc.

● Cleat pattern, angle and pitch are designed elaborately

● We can make endless belt of light conveyor belt, general use belt and heavy duty belt according to customers' requirement.

APPLICATIONS

Selection of a type and height of cleats depends on the material to be conveyed and the angle of inclination:

It is widely used in building, mines, chemical plants, metallurgical industry and agriculture.

Packing Handling Conveyor Belts NARROW V-BELTS

Rough Top Conveyor Belt

● Double power transmission capacity of the classical v-belts ● Especially compact designed cords enhance durability and length stability ● Excellent in resistance against heat, oil and wear

CONSTRUCTION 2 or 3 ply construction with cut edges and carcass of EP fabric.

● Energy-saving ● Used on all the new drives, from light duty drives to heavily loaded drives.

The surface texture resists the tendency for the material to roll back down the conveyor.

FEATURES ● The top cover is made of wear-resistant rubber with a non-slip surface. It has cushioning effect, mollifies and absorbs vibrations and impacts given on transported materials and simultaneously prevents slipping. ● Available with bottom cover or bare back for slider bed applications. ● Although it depends on the transported materials, transportation at inclination angles 25 ~ 30 degrees are feasible. Conveyor Idlers

Belt Fasteners We can offer all kinds of fasteners which can be used for light and heavy duty conveyor belts in different width.

The idlers are very important component of belt conveyor. They are present along the entire length of the conveyor,

INSIDE STRUCTURE

Rubber Sheets

Idlers consist of idler shells, spindles, bearings, bearing houses, seals and axial clips.

More resistant to ageing, temperature and medium pressure, water-proof, and anti-shock. General purpose rubber sheeting mainly used as sealing gasket, sealing strip, it also could be put on the workbench or used as rubber matting.

We adopt untouched multi-labyrinth seal structure, a complex, bend and narrowed labyrinth channel is formed between the inner seal

and outer seal. The channel is filled with grease. Labyrinth seals are

Trough Idlers A trough idler, which is the most common idlers used in high capacity belt conveyor, is mounted on the carrying side. Generally it consists of 3 rollers in equal length. The two outer rollers are inclined upward and the middle one is horizontal. The inclined degree can be 30°,35°and 45°, some can be up to 60° in suspended type. There are two basic types: standard type and ahead inclined type. The latter can also be
