Sikorsky Customer Service
As part of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Sikorsky Customer Service group leverages its in-depth product knowledge and service experience to offer customers enhanced aircraft availability at very low operational cost.
Operations The Operations group provides full-spectrum solutions for all material needs, including material ordering, configuration management, technical publications, training, ground support equipment, forecasting, kitting, logistics and asset management. As part of the OEM, the group delivers customers significantly reduced material ordering cycle time and provides valuable detailed material consumption information that leads to product repair and design improvements. Overhaul and Repair The Overhaul and Repair (O&R) organization offers a diversified range of system services, repairing and overhauling dynamic systems, blades, avionics, and numerous other components from aircraft tip to tail. The group’s expertise extends beyond executing repairs. Through new-engineered methods, worn rotor blades can now be restored to flight condition. Improved transmission coatings and platings allow for more cost-effective repairs. O&R utilizes its vast fleet data knowledge to extend components’ lifetime and greatly increase aircraft reliability.
Aircraft Logistics Programs Aircraft Logistics Programs deliver customers mission readiness at a significantly reduced cost of ownership. Programs such as performance based logistics and depot partnerships encompass technical, engineering and logistics support that give customers improved performance at a fixed cost. Combining design, operations and logistics expertise with thorough analysis of flight and maintenance data, the team provides timely identification of direct maintenance cost and readiness drivers along with improvement solutions. Technical Support Services The Technical Support Services (TSS) group engages the customer early in the process and develops a training package that best fits the product, mission and level of experience. A full spectrum of training programs are provided at the factory or in the field. Pilot maintenance and mission training use most advanced learning tools – such as computer-based training, full-motion flight simulator and hands-on aircraft training.
Helicopter Support, Inc. Helicopter Support, Inc. (HSI) provides more than 30 years of dedicated logistical support and repair expertise, a comprehensive rotary parts inventory on hand, and leads the industry in terms of total commitment to complete helicopter support. Regardless of the application – military, executive or offshore transportation, exploration or manufacturing, air medical, police or utility service – HSI works with each customer to create an individualized service package. Tailored solutions are being designed based on a comprehensive portfolio that includes: Total Assurance Program (TAP), Power Assurance Program (PAP), Loaner Blade Program and Component Exchange Program. HSI is a leader in providing factory-authorized services for Sikorsky Aircraft’s S-61, S-70, S-76, S-92, and Schweizer helicopters. In addition, HSI is an authorized service center for Bell Helicopter, HR Textron, Agusta, American Eurocopter, and Robinson Helicopter. Composite Technology, Inc. (CTI), an HSI subsidiary, provides rotor blade and composite structures overhaul capability through its worldwide network covering North and South America, Singapore and the UK. In addition with unique expertise in rotor blades, CTI provides customers 24-hour AOG service and field service repairs to an extensive fleet that includes: Agusta, Bell Helicopter, Eurocopter, Kazan Helicopter, MD Helicopter, Schweizer, Sikorsky and Boeing.
Derco Aerospace, Inc. Derco Aerospace, Inc. built its reputation providing spares to C-130 military operators worldwide. Today, Derco has evolved into a leading aerospace aftermarket provider for spares, services, and solutions to a variety of airframes: UH-60, C-130, F‑16, F-4, F-5, P-3 and other military and commercial fixed wing aircraft.
