Dealers are existing energy-related companies that want to directly offer certain technologies within the princetongreen.org solutions portfolio to their own client base. We work very hard researching and vetting great technologies, great services and great companies. Benefit by our legwork by simply "plugging in and selling." We become your back office support for green services and technologies, enabling you to remain focused on securing sales opportunities. Becoming a Dealer is by invitation only, as sponsorship by an Energy Advisor is required. By being a Dealer, you immediately expand your business through offering to your clients a host of vetted energy-related solutions, including:

The question that's often raised is "why would I go through princetongreen.org when I may be able to go direct to the manufacturer?" The answer is simple: because you get exactly the same dealer agreement and discounts either way, but with princetongreen.org you'll get comprehensive product and sales training, access to electronic sales e.brochures and videos, as well as ongoing sales support. In addition, we will continue to research and vet new solutions for our Dealers to sell. You spend your time selling, not searching for great stuff to sell. Your Dealer relationship is comprised of two relationships - a direct relationship with the manufacturer for technical support, and a direct relationship with princetongreen.org for sales support. All of us work collaboratively to bring forth viable solutions to the marketplace. Everyone wins, including your clients.

You can private label us, position us as a strategic alliance, or have us represented as "the princetongreen line of energy solutions." Proper position is critical, and it's your decision how we best fit into your business.

AN OVERVIEW OF OUR DEALER NETWORK. A Dealer can quickly and efficiently expand their green business by plugging-in our solutions portfolio. Our portfolio will continue to evolve, ensuring that we continually bring forth the best of innovative solutions to the marketplace. We offer three Dealer Options, providing the flexibility to determine which is best for you. Dealer Option A is as straightforward as it gets. You identify the ONE solution that you would like to sell, and all that is necessary is to sign the respective Dealer Agreement(s). We then help on-board you by providing foundational training and sales materials, as well as introduce you to the folks with whom you will be working with. Dealer Option B and Option C are when you want to sell MORE THAN ONE solution. In these instances, a dynamic virtual back office is provided for you to gain 24 hour access to training resources, sales materials, and Product Manager contact information. The difference between the two options is whether you decide to commit to purchasing our refrigeration technology (Cubes) on a monthly basis. If so, then we don’t charge the $50 monthly maintenance fee. If not, then the $50 monthly maintenance fee applies. You retain the ability to upgrade from being a single-solution Dealer to a multiplesolution Dealer at any time. Once you are a multiple-solution Dealer, you can change options on an annual basis.

ESTABLISHING A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING. princetongreen.org is providing access to its solutions portfolio of Green Partners. Green Partners are relationships that princetongreen.org have cultivated, and these Green Partners provide the green services and technologies that the Dealers [in the princetongreen.org solutions network] sell. This enables Dealers the opportunity to ramp up quickly, efficiently and affordably in order to expand and grow their own green-oriented business. princetongreen.org bears the responsibility to bring vetted companies and technologies in order to provide their Dealer(s) with viable solutions to sell. princetongreen.org will continue these vetting efforts in order to continually evolve the solutions offered through the Dealer network. princetongreen.org is essentially the back-office support for the Dealers. princetongreen.org will help train and support the Dealer(s) in their ramp-up of selling a new service or technology. A large portion of princetongreen.org efforts are made at the beginning of the relationship when a Dealer is first introduced to the company providing the service and/or technology. princetongreen.org will provide access to the Dealer(s) for sales and marketing resources. Dealer has the ability to position princetongreen.org as a product category (the princetongreen line of energy innovation), as a strategic alliance, as an alliance partner, or the Dealer may private label the solutions portfolio on their own. princetongreen.org offer sales materials and with and without princetongreen.org logos on them. Though, copyrights remain.


Dealer acknowledges that princetongreen.org has the role of vetting companies/technologies, providing initial base-line training, and providing sales resources. Dealer acknowledges that their primary contact is with the company whose service and/or product the Dealer is selling; their secondary contact is the Energy Advisor with princetongreen.org; and their distant third contact is the product/service manager(s) with princetongreen.org to access ONLY during times of critical need. The princetongreen.org Dealer Solutions Portfolio is vast. Dealer understands that when they want to represent a certain service or product, a separate (Dealer) agreement will need to be executed for the respective service or product the Dealer wants to represent. Dealer agrees that the network (of companies, Energy Advisors, Dealers, Installers, and other constituents) that princetongreen.org continually builds is intellectual property of princetongreen.org. Therefore, the Dealer agrees to NOT ENGAGE in any business activities with any such companies, Energy Advisors, Dealers, Installers, and other constituents OUTSIDE of the princetongreen.org network. If business opportunities arise that are not a part of this agreement, then the Dealer agrees to notify princetongreen.org by emailing founders@princetongreen.org. The princetongreen.org network is nimble, so that every business opportunity that comes about as a result of princetongreen.org efforts and/or network, then princetongreen.org rightfully participates in the revenue share of such opportunity. If the Dealer (and other party) do not honor princetongreen.org in this regard (and therefore, engage in side deals outside of princetongreen.org), then this at-will agreement, and any other related at-will agreement(s) will be immediately terminated by princetongreen.org with all involved parties.

Core leadership is focused organizational resources regarding selection, culture, sales, and community. Product Manager leadership is focused on supporting our Energy Advisors in sales pursuits and client management, as well as supporting the Energy Advisors with their support of the Dealer Network. The cascading design of our organization naturally breeds and organizational culture that self-manages. Everyone is compensated purely on performance, so our collective strength fuels our success. In essence, collaboration is key.

The framework through which we operate. The pg.approach is a non-linear framework through which an integrated approach can be customized to meet our clients’ sustainability goals. The framework is nonlinear because the various aspects of our approach can follow a pathway based on our clients’ specific needs. Some clients may leverage only one aspect of the framework, whereas others may embrace the integrated approach from start to finish. The framework can also be deployed in a series of phases, allowing positive outcomes to occur in one phase before moving onto another. In all, the pg.approach is designed with our clients’ needs in mind.

We Educate Decision Makers. Lease purchasing, bank financing, federal tax incentives, state/utility rebates, and energy cost reductions help provide the means to integrate energy-saving solutions.

We Audit Your Bills. We assess your building(s) to understand the current level of energy efficiency. In addition, we audit your past energy-related retrofits to determine whether they qualify for Section 179D incentives currently being offered through the 2005 Energy Policy Act (EPACT).

We Audit Your Building(s).

We employ systematic account review, audit, and analysis of your electric, gas, water, sewer, phone, IT, and wireless bills. We also provide energy procurement.

Through deploying the auditing process, we’re able to make economically viable recommendations to reduce your fixed energy costs.

Becoming an Installer.

Installers are the companies with the expertise that physically install the technologies we directly sell. princetongreen.org is building a national installation base to ensure we can install our technologies anywhere in the U.S. Currently, we have enough coverage to install anywhere in the country with the understanding that travel is involved. Therefore, we need depth, and we need depth from installation companies that are customer-focused, accommodating, professional, and know what to do. We protect the princetongreen.org brand image by attempting to solidify relationships with only the best companies in the respective markets. Our intention is not to align with every company. Rather, only the best. We need installers for the following technologies: * Building Automation Systems: Water Monitoring & Wireless Energy Management * Commercial Refrigeration Efficiency * Residential Solar in Select States We are seeking electricians, plumbers, refrigeration companies and solar companies to help expand our depth throughout the U.S. Associated Fees: None.


Becoming a Green Advocate.

A Green Advocate is an individual or company that provides a princetongreen.org Energy Advisor sales opportunities without being directly involved in the sales. In exchange, the Advocate is tied into the commission structure when the Energy Advisor closes the deal. In all, highly-connected Advocates can earn significant dollars with very little effort. Our Green Advocate program enables greater interconnectivity of our solutions network, reaching new clients to whom we would not otherwise have gained access. The Advocate Agreement details the understanding of our relationship, and all Advocates receive a Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes. Green Advocates can play varying roles from opportunity to opportunity. In one instance, they may simply open a door for princetongreen.org to enter; whereas in another they may open the door while remaining active in supporting the Energy Advisor in closing the deal. An Advocate’s level of involvement in the pursuit and participation in commissions is determined in advance, thus maintaining the transparency and integrity of the program and our community. Associated Fees: None.

Becoming a Key Alliance.

Key Alliances are vetted companies in our solutions network that our Energy Advisors are able to recommend to our clients for products and/or services we don't directly represent. We take a consultative sales approach, thus offering holistic solutions for our clients. Therefore, we need to have reputable companies to bring forth ideas, resources, products, services and expertise that we do not, and will not, have on our own. Key Alliances include: * Lighting companies * Green Builders & Contractors * Geothermal companies * Innovative Technology companies * Environmental Consulting companies * LEED Architects, Designers & Engineering companies Associated Fees: None.


Nimbleness of Our Model.

Companies and individuals can align themselves within our solutions network in numerous ways based on the combination that makes the most sense. For example (but not limited to), * A Dealer can also be an installer for princetongreen.org client projects. * A Dealer can also be a Key Alliance so that princetongreen.org Energy Advisors refer them business. * A Dealer can also be a Green Advocate for technologies and/or services that they don’t want to handle on their own. They can open doors of opportunity for their sponsoring Energy Advisor to pursue. The bottom line is that we are nimble. We listen to the market to understand its problems. We brainstorm about the solutions to the problems. We discover innovative ways to resolve these problems. We build the network to execute the integration of our solutions. We are busy creating meaningful change.
