ArkEnergy Group will automatically report your meter readings monthly and auditing your water bills to ensure the credit is being applied correctly, making it easy for you to save money month after month.
City of Los Angeles The City of Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation has a defined program which requires a lot of manual intervention on behalf of their customer. ArkEnergy Group works on your behalf to enroll your building into the utilities program. They require water meters to be installed on the make-up and bleed lines for each cooling tower. We will coordinate the installation and inspection of the water meters. City of Los Angeles Bureau of Sanitation “Sewer Service Charge� Program Details The customer must submit 12 consecutive months of meter readings. The bureau will average the amount of evaporation into a percentage. They will give the customer a one-time retroactive credit for the first 12 months. Beginning with the 13th month, the customer will receive that % discount on the sewer bill for the following 12 months. The customer is required to collect and submit the meter readings each year going forward so the percentage can be updated annually. (Note: Failure to submit readings will remove the customer from the program. You must start the program all over if this occurs.)
