Should undergo 30 days intensive classroom and practical training in Data Conversion/Entry. Should participate actively throughout the training. Should be punctual and regular throughout the training. Should perform well in the tests during training. Ensure that all the process steps are followed as per SOP
After Training
Update the day-to-day production details in E-workflow production entry system after completion of an article/chapter. Meet the production targets as per the target set for each process. Perform the tasks as per the defined SOPs Produce “error-free” output. Take input/feedback from senior data conversion operator on every file. Identify the „bugs‟ in the scripts/tools and enter that E-support system.
