The brief of the project was to create a flexible indoor & outdoor space that can host various evening performance, projection screen can lend itself to a gathering of cricket enthusiasts.

The covered pavilion has been conceptualized as an extension of the home. it reflects the mood of a living room that connects with the exiting foyer.

The brief of the project was to create a simple not too attractive looking house, it should be as minimal as possible with overlooking inside, not outside.

the concept was to bring back the luxury and exuberance of “art deco” with the functionality and feasibility of modern minimilism. the intent was to create a design concept unseen in other office spaces, create habitable spaces of leisure, while implementing elements of hospitality.

THE HOUSE IS DESIGNED FOR A FAMILY BASED IN DELHI. THE HOUSE CONSISTS OF FOUR BEDROOMS, TERRACE GARDENS AND A SERVICE CORE WITH A SMALL OFFICE ON FIRST FLOOR. THE LIVING ROOM IS CONNECTED TO A PARTY LAWN. THE HOUSE ARRANGEMENT IS COMPACT WITH THE INTENTION OF CONNECTING SPACES TO OUTSIDE .THE CLIENT REQUIRED CONNECTION OF SPACES TO GREENS THEREFORE A SERIES OF RECEDING TERRACES ARE CREATED TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIREMENTS WITHOUT COMPROMISING THE GREENS.
