Office
An admin office design, in Bangalore. The main concept behind designing the building was to make a contemporary façade using traditional grey Bangalore stone and full glazing. The interior office layouts were planned with specific requirements of the clients, including the hierarchy of officials.

My Role :
• Planning the layout, while considering the max FAR.
• Designing an contemporary façade and a green terrace as a break outspace , responding vernacularly.
• Rendering the final elevation and views for the design.
• Dealings directly with the client for changes in internal layouts.
Key Learnings:
• Importance of Bylaws, to get the drawings sanctioned.
• Got to know about purchasableF.A.R
• Working under pressure to meet the deadline for a client meeting.
• Using rendering as a tool to communicate the design to the client.
