Peter Coughlin

Ecl-ips has appointed business development professional Peter Coughlin to the team.

Peter will be working across England and Wales, to grow the business from its base in Stoke Prior near Bromsgrove. He will also be seeking to expand the reach of Security Group, the Bristol-based company acquired in 2020.

Brendan Hindle

Texecom has appointed Brendan Hindle as Operations Director. He joins Texecom from Bladon Micro Turbine. As COO, Brendan was responsible for running the factory manufacturing micro-turbine engines.

Videcon has appointed Dave Tate as Sales Director alongside the growing sales team. Dave brings with him a wealth of experience in sales and leadership coupled with over twenty years’ experience in the security industry.

Dave joins Videcon from his role as National Sales Leader at ADI where he was responsible for the implementation of the sales strategy and ensuring the sales teams were fully aligned with all non-sales departments. In turn, driving cross functional collaboration and improving service delivery and customer experience.

A Videcon, Dave has taken on responsibility of leading the sales team and strategy, introducing more efficient sales processes, and the continuous monitoring and evolving of the product portfolio across the CCTV, fire, intruder and access divisions.

Ian Miller

Abloy UK has appointed Ian Miller as Manager of its new Digital Access Solutions Academy, a facility to showcase, work with, install and test the company’s products, with particular focus on new digital solutions and ecosystems.

Ian brings with him a wealth of experience from both the IT industry, where he implemented and conducted software solutions training and support, and the security industry, where he spent six years conducting access control hardware training.
