Golda’s Balcony starring Tovah Feldshuh

Ron White

Sat-Mar 26 •8pm

Fri-Apr 8 •8pm

A riveting portrait of Israeli’s 3rd Prime Minister Golda Meir, Golda’s Balcony is the latest work from Tony Award®- winning playwright William Gibson (The Miracle Worker, Two for the Seesaw). From the pogroms of Russia to the halls of the Knesset, the story of Golda Meir is the story of the state of Israel in the 20th Century.

Comedian Ron “Tater Salad” White is probably best known as the cigar smoking, scotch drinking funnyman from the Blue Collar Comedy phenomenon. Ron White’s comedy is as subtle as a nine-car pileup on the freeway. From Texas, Ron’s commentaries come from a wickedly testosterone-laden, adults only, good ol’ boy point of view. Not afraid to be blunt, he attacks conventional comedy themes with a feisty attitude and a razor-sharp tongue. Mature content.

David Sedaris

Beakman on the Brain!

David Sedaris may be the closest thing the literary world has to a rock star. As heard on NPR’s This American Life and Morning Edition, author of the best-selling Me Talk Pretty One Day and When You Are Engulfed in Flames, Sedaris slices through cultural euphemisms proving that he is a master of satire and one of the most observant writers addressing the human condition today.

Ever wondered how we think, feel, smell and see? What makes us cry, laugh, smile and sneeze? From the Emmy-Award winning TV show, Beakman’s World, the entertaining and lively scientist Beakman (Paul Zaloom), explores, experiments and explains the neuroscience of the brain in a fun, wacky and exploratory show for kids and adults alike.
