Welcome MESSAGE FROM THE INSTITUTE As the product industry evolves in emerging markets from outsourcing to ‘product creation’, organizations are looking for product leaders as opposed to just technology managers. The Institute of Product Leadership was formed in conjunction with Executive Product Industry Council (EPIC) to design and deliver a program for senior product professionals to accelerate their transformation from building innovation to productizing it in the global context and that of emerging markets. International certificate in Product Management & Marketing (ICPM) is an experiential program delivered in a hybrid (on campus/off campus) model by world class practitioners and faculty. Our past alumni has not only benefited from an integrated approach of learning global best practices used in the productizing process with relevant management business concepts like finance, operations, and strategy but ultimately its the industry connect that allows them to continue to build and accelerate their career path for a life time of transformation. Integrated Curriculum Industry relevance & actionable learning through hands on immersions are the design drivers for the program experience. Through specific courses with connection points, the goal is to prepare participants holistically avoiding building isolated skillsets.
Continuous Learning All courses are delivered live on an interactive video conferencing mode with pre-reading, actual sessions (3 hours each) and post session exercise or assignment. Every participant is also engaged in peer learning through open discussion forums within the class including faculty and industry mentors in an continuous mode.
Active Study Participants have been working to apply the learnings across the entire program to finally put together the business model for building pharmastore.in - aboutique ecommerce venture for pharmaceuaticals and beauty products for the Indian market. The final project will be presented live to a panel of Venture Capitalists & product industry executives

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT How one behaves, reacts and manages during a conflict situation is analyzed across five conflict-handling modes in a team environment, 1:1 setup and stakeholder management. By understanding their psychometric profile, participants are then coached to develop the right set of conflict management technique for the situation at hand.
INFLUENTIALITY INDEXTM REPORT Product Manager’s biggest challenge is the ability to influence others with whom they have no direct authority.
