Walk the labyrinth at the Brahma Kumaris site 8:30am to 5:30pm
SELF AWAKENING
Silent Walking Meditation through the Labyrinth Learn and practise Raja Yoga as you walk Walk the Labyrinth to be found at the Brahma Kumaris site at International Yoga Day. A Labyrinth is an ancient human symbol for the journey of spiritual awakening that has been used by various traditions down through the ages. Come and bring it to life for yourself… As you walk slowly towards the centre, contemplate in silence who you ‘really’ are. As you wake to the realisation of being the spirit who is acting through a human form, release old emotional burdens and mental illusions. At the centre feel this authentic self, and allow the feelings of renewal emerge within yourself and receive a sense of unlimited love. Then as you walk outwards return slowly to the outer world and meditate on how to bring this realisation into every day life.
