IMPORTANT INFORMATION • Enrollment Form Due within 2 weeks of Course Acceptance. Not completing the enrollment form may prevent you from gaining course access. • Course Invites: The course invite will be sent to each paid participant during the week of February 17. • Course Schedule: February 24 – May 24, 2020 • Refund and Withdrawals: Refund requests for withdrawal must be received at least two weeks prior to program start, and are subject to a 20% fee if requested within 13 days before program start. Withdrawal requests received after the program start are not eligible for a refund. • Have questions or need support? Email hgse_online@gse.harvard.edu.

TEAM MEMBER ENROLLMENT PROCESS In order to participate in this program, you must first successfully complete the enrollment process detailed below within 2 weeks of acceptance. Not completing the enrollment process may prevent you from gaining access to the online course. 1. To begin, please access the email address your Team Coordinator provided for you on the application form and look for an acceptance email with the subject “Application Approved and Next Steps – Program Name” from hgse_online@gse.harvard.edu (see screenshot below for reference). If you did not receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have difficulty locating this email, please contact hgse_online@gse.harvard.edu immediately.

2. In order to complete your enrollment, create your SSC account and log in. It is critical for you to create an SSC account or use an existing SSC account that is linked to the highlighted email in your acceptance letter, or you won’t be able to find your enrollment form for this course after logging in.

3. Next, Click on “Applications.”

4. Click on the hyper-link decision. (This will display as Accept, or as Admit if you don’t have an invoice associated with your account).

5. Click “Respond.” Note if “Respond” is visible, you know the form has yet to be completed and submitted. After you submit the enrollment form, the “Respond” button will disappear.

6. Submit the enrollment form. (If you do not have an invoice assigned to your account you will submit the form in the “Additional Info” section).

7. If you have an individual invoice: Your invoice with payment instructions is available for download in the Self Service Center. The Payment is due within 30 days of acceptance or two weeks before the program’s starting date, whichever comes first. If acceptance occurs less than 14 days prior to the program start date, payment is due immediately. A full payment is required before your team will be given access to the online course. O nce in your account, click on the “Applications” button on the top left-hand side of the screen.

3. Look for the name of the program you will be attending and click on the “Summary” button as shown in the image below.

4. Through the Summary page, you will be able to view and download your invoice as well as submit payment online by credit card.
