GROUP ENROLLMENT GUIDE FOR GROUP LEADERS GETTING STARTED
To add members of your team to the HBS Online (formerly HBX) course platform, there are a few simple but critical steps you and your team members must take, which we’ve detailed below. Please follow these steps, and if you have any questions, contact csmlgroups@gse.harvard.edu. If members of your team require assistance during the enrollment process, please direct them to our 24/7 email support at hbsonlinesupport@hbs.edu.

GROUP ENROLLMENT STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
1. Once the group enrollment agreement is signed, we can initiate the enrollment and invoicing process. As part of the agreement, you’ll be asked to review and agree to the following HBS Online policies: a. HBS Online Terms of Use b. HBS Online Privacy Policy c. HBS Online Community Values 2. Complete the Group Enrollment Inquiry form, in order to capture your most up to date contact information, how many participants you expect to sponsor, and which course(s) you would like to make available. 3. Please share the Participant Registration form with your cohort. Please note that submission of this form is required and is a pre-enrollment step. 4. Using the email that participants provided on the Registration Form, the Group Enrollment team will trigger a unique enrollment link to their inbox that will bypass the application to CSML, as well as invoicing. We will confirm final participant lists with you, the Group Leader, prior to the participant upload. Please note there will be no opportunity to change or remove users after they have been uploaded into our system. 5. Team members who do not complete the enrollment process by the dates provided will not be guaranteed participation in the course, or will have delayed access to course content. Please ensure your team members meet all deadlines.

GROUP ENROLLMENT GUIDE FOR GROUP LEADERS 6. Should your team members require assistance during the enrollment process, they should email hbsonlinesupport@hbs.edu directly for support. Additionally, it is extremely helpful for your organization to share the Group Enrollment Guide for Team Members before the enrollment deadline (accompanying this guide in your email). 7. Once the course begins, users will be required to meet the following criteria in order to earn a certificate of completion for CSML Courses: a. Participate in the course for 4 weeks, with a time commitment of about 5 hours per week. b. Complete all weekly assignments detailed on the course platform on time.
