GROUP ENROLLMENT GUIDE FOR TEAM MEMBERS IMPORTANT PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Your organization is sponsoring your participation in the January 2020 wave of CSML, an online program powered by the HBS Online Platform (formerly HBX). For more information about this program, click here. Both CSML: Leading Change and CSML: Leading Schools will run for four weeks, January 22 to February 19, 2020. You will be required to complete weekly assignments, the deadlines and prompts for which will be clearly communicated once you are in the course platform. The expected time commitment is 3.5-5 hours per week. There are no pre-readings or required materials, all materials will be provided in the HBS Online course platform. Once you complete all required assignments, you will receive a certificate of course completion.
TEAM MEMBER ENROLLMENT PROCESS
In order to participate in this program, you must first successfully complete the enrollment process detailed below no later than January 20th. If you do not complete the enrollment process by January 20th, you will not be guaranteed participation in the course. Please speak to your organization’s contact if you have any questions about this deadline. 1. To access the course platform, you must first complete the enrollment process. To begin, please access the email address you or your organization shared with the CSML team, and look for an Enrollment Invitation Email with subject “Welcome to Leading Schools: A CSML Course” from “noreply@salesforce.com on behalf of HBS Online” (see screenshot below about CSML: Leading Change for reference). If you did not receive an email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder. If you have difficulty locating this email, please contact hbsonlinesupport@hbs.edu immediately.
2. In order to complete your enrollment, please click the red HBS Online Leading Schools: A CSML Course enrollment process link in the email mentioned above.

GROUP ENROLLMENT GUIDE FOR TEAM MEMBERS 3. Once you click the link, you will be taken to the “Set Up Your Account” screen where you must create a password and agree to terms. Please ensure that you are on a desktop or laptop device using a Chrome or Firefox browser, and complete all required fields. Then click Submit (see screenshot below for reference).
4. Your account should now be successfully be activated (see screenshot below for reference). Click on the Click here link to Log in.

GROUP ENROLLMENT GUIDE FOR TEAM MEMBERS 5. Log into the your account using the same email and password (see screenshot below for reference). Do not click Create an Account.
6. You will now be brought to “My Dashboard,” and should be directed to the “Current Applications and Enrollments” tab at the top in red. You will see the CSML course your group is taking on your dashboard. Click Enroll to begin the enrollment process (see screenshot below about Leading Change for reference). Please note, if you have other HBS Online applications in progress, those would show up here as well.

9. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will be prompted that Enrollment is complete (see screenshot below for reference).
10. Your dashboard should display that you are “Enrolled.” Once the course launches, there will be a link to the Course Platform on your dashboard (in red). If the course has not yet launched (prior to January 22, 2019), that red link will not appear.
