The present continuous is used: When something is happening now. Often with now,
at the moment, today.
What are you doing at the moment?
At the moment I am playing football.
What is she doing?
She is doing the homework.
What is it doing?
It is sleeping.
What are they doing?
They are watching TV.
Make the ing form with the verb + ing do → doing, work → working, help → helping But 1 take away a final e shine → shining, have → having 2 after one vowel + one consonant, double the consonant dig → digging, run → running
Use be + ing form for the present continuous. Long forms I am you are he is she is working it is we are you are they are
