Tagetis è una società italiana che ha la sua sede a Poggibonsi, in provincia di Siena. E’ situata nel cuore della Toscana, in una zona strategica dove confluiscono le migliori competenze per ciò che riguarda l’arredamento nel suo aspetto più artigianale e creativo. La sede centrale ospita gli uffici dirigenziali e quelli operativi, oltre ad un ampio show-room e ai magazzini, in cui vengono effettuate le lavorazioni, selezionate le materie prime ed eseguite le pregevoli finiture prima della loro immissione sul mercato. A Mosca è presente inoltre un ufficio commerciale completamente gestito da Tagetis, che fornisce tutte le informazioni ed il supporto necessario sia in fase di pre-vendita che durante e dopo l’installazione delle varie forniture. Il personale altamente competente è a completa disposizione della propria clientela per ogni eventuale richiesta.

Il processo di produzione della nostra ceramica, inizia con la lavorazione di una sezione di argilla, “ il caolino”: le varie forme si ottengono per trafilatura, pressatura o estrusione. Le forme, così lavorate, vengono collocate in apposite stanze per la fase di essiccamento ottenuto attraverso il progressivo riscaldamento del prodotto. I pezzi vengono poi rettificati, calibrati e ripuliti dalle imperfezioni derivanti dalla foggiatura. I manufatti vengono spugnati e sistemati in appositi contenitori per poi subire la prima cottura ad oltre 1000 C° gradi. Si ottiene così la “biscottatura” che gli dona la caratteristica colorazione bianca. Our ceramic production starts with the processing of a segment of clay, more precisely “kaolin”. The different shapes are obtained by drawing, pressing or extrusion. The resulting moulds are placed in special rooms for drying, achieved by progressively heating the product. The pieces are thus rectified, calibrated and cleaned of imperfections resulting from the moulding process. The pieces are sponged and placed in special containers for the first firing at more than 1000°C. This is the “bisque-firing” step that grants the product the typical white colouring. Процесс производства нашей керамики начинается с обработки глины белого цвета – каолина. Разные формы изделий получают способом волочения, прессования или экструзии. Изготовленные таким образом формы помещаются в специальные помещения для просушки, выполняемой с помощью постепенного нагревания изделий, которые затем подвергаются шлифовке, калибровке и обработке для устранения дефектов формовки. После очистки губкой изделия помещаются в специальные контейнеры и подвергаются первому обжигу при температуре более 1000 C°. Таким образом получают так называемый «бисквит», имеющий характерную белую окраску.

Dopo la prima cottura, i vari tipi di manufatti, vengono scaricati in appositi scaffali in attesa della verniciatura che può avvenire per filiera o per spruzzatura. Alcuni manufatti vengono poi decorati prima con l’aiuto di mascherine (stencits) ed infine rifiniti a mano e riposti nei contenitori dove subiranno la seconda cottura con gli altri manufatti semplicemente smaltati. After the first firing, the different types of artefacts are arranged on special shelves until they are painted either on conveyor belt or by spraying. Some artefacts are decorated, first using stencils, then touched up by hand, the others are simply enamelled. All pieces are subsequently put back into the containers for the second firing. После первого обжига разные типы изделий складываются на специальные полки в ожидании покраски, проводимой с помощью фильеры или распылением. На некоторые изделия рисунок наносят с помощью трафаретов с последующей ручной доработкой, затем их складывают в специальные контейнеры и подвергают вторичному обжигу вместе с другими изделиями, покрытыми эмалью.
