How We Work

Imagine using a $200 a pail dope and using a $1 dope brush, the savings you have with the brush costs, you don’t realise the loss you incur with the dope as a faulty brush creates pilferage of materials, improper application of dopes and overall a total higher costs than the savings you made buying the cheap dope brush. Magnolia Dope Brush

This original stuff from Magnolia, the world’s best selling brush manufacturer for several decades. Standard #2 brush with bristles designed for uniform application of compound. 12” Heavy duty wooden handles with Plastic hand guards. The thick fiber bristles allow for uniform application of dopes on threads and the hand guard prevents the brush from getting inside the dope which creates wastage and contamination. Right size wooden handles ensures worker’s comfort.

Janitorial brushes available and sold locally for $1 should be used for just that – janitorial applications not for applying a $200 a pail dope. Remember investing $10 on a dope brush that can last a 5-10 pail application, the cost is less than a percent of the dope cost but has the potential to save 10-15% of dope costs with its proven design and proper application.

Markal Type B Cold Type Marker

Used worldwide for over 75 years, there’s got to be something about this permanent solid paint marker, right ? Yes, this solid paint in a stick form can write through oils, rough, rusted, dirty surfaces and will stay weather and UV resistant for years. No lead or any toxic substances are used. Can write on all surfaces – be it concrete, rubber, metal, ceramic, wood, textiles, etc.

Available in White and Yellow in Box of 12, priced at approx.$20 a pack including taxes. A cheap substitute could cost $8-10 representing a 50% savings, but can hardly match the versatility of the Markals, their longevity or their durable markings. PSC Welding Curtains Welding curtains help protect employees from the many hazards associated with the welding process and increase productivity by isolating sparks and fumes generated by welding. If you need just a fibreglass cloth roll, check locally. These commercial varieties 0.3 mm thick ones will make sure you keep buying them again and again. Project Sales Corp sells welding curtains the way they ought to be ! With a minimum thickness of 0.6 to 0.75mm. With a temperature capacity of 500-550 degree C, these special coated or uncoated ones in white and golden brown are stitched with either Kevlar or Fibre threads with rivet eyelets, high temperature strip/tie cords for hooking and knotting, and comes in 1000 mm wide x 10 or 20 metres long rolls.

Why large bags 41”x41”x51” (50 cu.ft) and not smaller 35”x35”x43” (33 cu.ft) those are common ? Smaller bags can handle lesser wastes than our bags which can handle. So you need lesser number of bags to ship to yard. Handling becomes easier. Space savings is there. A smaller bag can only hold 2/3rd of what we deliver even though 1 ton SWL. Are 50 cu ft bags cost effective ? Prices are less than $10 per bag incl. taxes so 50 cu feet so its 20 cents a cu.ft max. Smaller bags actually end up costing over 20 cents a cu.ft if you check per cu.ft costs. So you end up paying more, doing more handling, kill more space on the rig. PSC Rust Converters Main course of corrosion Iron can combine with Oxygen and moisture in the air to form a variety of oxides depending on condition of exposure. Initially formed ferric hydroxide Fe(OH)3, undergoes various changes during the process of corrosion and forms MAGNETITE Fe3O4 or ferrosso ferric oxide, a stable compound which does not readily change on further exposure. This is called RUST. PSC Rust Converter Primer (PSC-RC) reverses the process of rusting. PSC-RC with its reactive polymer forms a complex polymer compound and attains a passivated state without loosing the strength of the metal. The white buff coloured RC when applied on the surface of the metal changes to a Blackish to Brown protective coating film. This marks the END OF RUSTING OR CORROSION of the metal surface.
