How to Lose 10 Pounds a Month For 2 Or 3 Months Lose 10 pounds in a month... is it possible? Not only is it possible, that's also in the healthy range for maximum fat loss.

I'm going to show you a 4-step process to lose 10 pounds in a month... for each of the next 3 months. There will be nothing extreme or unhealthy about this process... and you don't need to resort to just eating fruits and vegetables or starving yourself. You'll be allowed to eat normal foods.

Understand this... to lose weight, you will need to concentrate mostly on your diet. Exercise helps, but diet will get 80% of your results. Here is the 4-step process for you to lose 10 pounds a month for 2 or 3 straight months. (Note: After 3 months, the results diminish... not sure why.)

Rule #1: Dramatically increase your fiber intake each day This is very simple to handle without having to make huge changes in your diet. Simply add 1 15-ounce can of black beans to your diet each day. Eat 1/2 a can at each of 2 meals. Each can of black beans contains 25 grams of fiber... as well as 25 grams of protein. For 48 cents, that's quite impressive. Heck, that's impressive even if it cost $2 a can. I suggest eating black beans with eggs for breakfast and on top of a salad for lunch.

Rule #2: Eat 1 apple before each meal, minimum of 3 apples a day This is 1 of the simplest ways to eat less during your meals. Apples have about 5 grams of fiber each and a high water content. So that's a high volume food that fills you up with very little calories. Combined (3 apples and 1 can of black beans), that's 40 grams of fiber right there. These alone will start pushing out a ton of toxins and waste products that have been sitting in your body. You see, the high fiber intake is like a cleanse for the body. It clears out that stuff which accelerates weight loss.

Rule #3: Increase your activities and movement with 2 minute mini-workouts everyday My favorite thing to do is jump on a mini-trampoline during tv commercials. If I just do this during 1 tv show that lasts for an hour, I would've done about 22 minutes of cardio while staying fresh and not having to waste time driving to and from a gym. The $24 I paid for the mini-trampoline was clearly one of the best investments in my life!

Rule #4: Go for a 30 minute walk 5 times a week Here's the deal... walking is great for lowering what is called your "set point". I'll explain. Notice how people who lose weight fast end up yo-yo'ing and regaining it all back and then some? Well, what happened was they lowered their weight, but they didn't lower their set point. Simply stated, your set point is the weight your body feels comfortable at. It doesn't like to budge... and if it does, it likes to creep up slowly. Well, walking is the best exercise to lower your set point. So what this means is this... when you begin to lose weight, you'll need to walk to lower your set point so it goes down with your weight. If your set point remains above your weight, you will gain the weight back. Basically, walking is like an insurance policy. It's insurance that you won't regain any weight you've lost.
