Hein Pretorius from Onpro Consulting says the success of ERP software projects is grounded in the strategy, not the system
It may seem tempting to follow the implementation route recommended by a service provider with extensive experience, but business owners and/or directors need to remember that the responsibility of sustained business performance remains their own
Based on how much effort they make to understand the client’s business purpose, not based purely on how many previous implementations they purport to have successfully delivered

What is a fuel cell?
Fuel Cells are a family of technologies that utilise electro chemical processes rather than combustion to produce power. It utilises hydrogen as a fuel source and produces electricity and water. Fuel Cells can be classified as per three major applications: • Stationary • Mobile (vehicles) • Portable The 3 tonne Still forklift utilises a PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) Fuel Cell.
Proton exchange membrane fuel cell
1
2
At the anode, a platinum catalyst causes the hydrogen to split into positive hydrogen ions (protons) and negatively charged electrons.
Hydrogen fuel is channeled through field flow plates to the anode on one side of the fuel cell, while oxidant (oxygen or air) is channeled to the cathode on the other side of the cell.

Oxidant flow field The polymer electrolyte membrane (PEM) allows only the positively charged ions to pass through it to the cathode. The negatively charged electrons must travel along an external circuit to the cathode, creating an electrical current.

At the cathode, the electrons and positively charged hydrogen ions combine with oxygen to form water, which flows out of the cell.
