Total Care Support Plan —This support plan resulted in productivity gains as a result of reducing PC problems by roughly 90% through proactive maintenance & security, along with Anti-Virus & content filtering. 2. Daily off site backup of the Calyx Point Server Database, was chosen as a fundamental recovery solution. A file server was implemented for centrally managed access to scanned documents and critical files. 3.
