MUSIC and FOOD delights throughout November
tanley Plaza is bringing back its much-anticipated World of Food and Music festival in November — but with a bit of twist from last year. This year WOFAM, which is held on every weekend in November, is dedicated to turning up the heat in competitive children’s cookery. Junior Master Chef champions from around the world, along with a representative from Hong Kong, will compete in an all-out battle to see whose dish will reign supreme. The competition is going to be fierce, as reigning Junior Master Chef champion Ida O’Mahoney from Finland and runner-up Jack Lark from Australia will be joining in the fun.

The weekends leading up to the spectacular Junior Master Chef Championship will be an international showcase of world renowned chefs who will be demonstrating their culinary expertise for the crowds. Facet by Tom Kirk Tom has had a long established studio in SE London and has been at the forefront of British Lighting Design for the best part of 15 years. Facet, a piece he created originally as an installation has been jointly developed into a batch production piece by Innermost together with Tom. The impressive chandelier uses stainless steel folded sections arrayed around its 1 metre diameter to create a complex surface of small facets each helping to present part of an amazing fragmented image of its surroundings. The effect often fools the eye into thinking you are looking at glass until you get closer to the piece.
Jeeves Tablelamp by Jake Phipps The pendant has graced interiors as diverse as Google’s HQ to Harvey Nichols, Ritz Carlton hotels to Links of London stores and a host of others. Now it’s time for Jeeves to come down from the ceiling and put the hat on the table. Jeeves table lamp is a simple step from the ceiling, minimal structure supporting a hat in a slightly surreal way. The hat is adjustable (of course) so you can set it at whatever jaunty angle you desire. As with the original Jeeves the hat is 100% wool felt; made in the traditional way, Innermost take out the silk lining and replace it with a gold anodised aluminium inner shell that gives a warm glow when switched on.
