The PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards is proud to recognise the varied accomplishments of these key industry players, especially because they were faced with a myriad of unprecedented global challenges throughout 2021.

After pioneering a successful series of virtual events in 2020, we created what’s next by introducing a series of hybrid events in 2021 that combined the experience of celebrating achievements in an exclusive physical setting, with the opportunity to spotlight such accolades on the international stage across a range of digital channels.

Since it began streaming online in 2020, the virtual gala series of the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards has garnered around 1 million views to date thanks to an innovative blend of physical and virtual gala events, which we delivered in style. Through the pandemic, we have continued to recognise the best of the best with the utmost respect and care for our clients and our teams, following health and safety protocols throughout the judging process, as well as during filming sessions conducted in multiple countries, and also at our in-person presentation ceremonies.

As we enter the 17th year of the international property awards programme, this book celebrates all those companies that upheld and elevated the Gold Standard of real estate despite unprecedented times.
