"The Spaces in Between" is a poetry zine - a collection of the last few months and years of my personal growth and relationship to self showcased through words and images. Many of these poems circulate anxiety in art spaces and in my life, an experience I've struggled and attempted to coexist more tenderly with for all of my life (the intensity of this has been amplified because of the pandemic, of course). I am hopeful to create a space of bravery and healing, to share pieces of my soul and mind as a means for others to feel the opposite of alone.
ABOUT THE ARTIST
I am a gender non-conforming queer Artist (Visual, Conceptual, mixed media), photographer, full-time Art x Sociology Major at the University of Oregon, musician, and poet!
