Building the Mirror World We founded Nomoko in 2015 with a mission to digitize the physical world in a future-proof way. Rather than approaching this task from a mapping and surveying perspective to make this digital twin of the world around us user-centric, we've instead asked ourselves a question: how can we digitize the world to make it visible to artificial intelligence (AI)? Ultimately, our goal is to build an infrastructure - what we call the Mirror World - that allows anyone to build digital services and products that provide customers unprecedented freedom through a seamless interaction between the physical and the digital worlds. Over the last few years we've worked with companies in the automotive industry to provide them with real worldbased simulation environments, with architecture studios to provide them with digital twins of entire urban areas that help visualize and gain insight for their projects, and have been touch with companies in the Smart City space and AR/VR to see how the Mirror World could shape their day to day work. Currently in development: Real Estate Mirror World Application We're experienced in adding context to the 3D data for various analyses and simulation purposes. In the past, we've worked on virtual reality, outdoor localization service, and autonomous vehicle (AV) simulation projects. Our vision then is to build a Mirror World ecosystem that enables spatial applications to bring value to different industries. Today, we’re working on building a real estate application to unlock the potential of the Mirror World Data. Real estate is a naturally spatial industry with its basis in the physical world. With land becoming scarcer and the general public becoming increasingly aware of how it’s being used, there’s an urgent need for more precise and sophisticated spatial analysis, not only of any new development being proposed but also of its surroundings where other properties may be built or impacted. Think of a spatial search engine — a place where you can search for and find plots of land and analyze properties with all the relevant market and location data, visualized in a rich 3D contextual environment. Unlike existing real estate investment processes where data are highly fragmented and processes often tedious and time-consuming, this application aggregates Mirror World Data from different sources in a meaningful way so stakeholders can collaborate and share information on the same platform. We want to help building a world where water and energy are better used. Droople is the water intelligence platform that utilizes AI-enabled metering devices, machine learning on high resolution data, and a unique platform to digitize 36 billion water-driven assets off radar today. Water quality and availability challenges By 2050, 70% of the world's population will live in cities, making infrastructure improvements essential for a sustainable future. Improving its management while securing sufficient water quality and quantity in high density areas is an increasingly recurring problem. Hence, pressure on effective water management is growing. Today, we have identified two main and correlated challenges around the world: • 36 billion water driven assets are off radar however their performance, lifetime and maintenance rely on water usage • Waste of water and energy in shared buildings due to unsynchronized hot water supply with demand (20% up to 60% of potential savings), unfair and opaque water billing (19% of overhead consumption), lack of feedback on usage behavior. We offer a turnkey solution which includes hardware and software as a service for a wide range of water driven assets such as water treatment systems, machines, appliances or sanitary ware. Leading Property Management in the right Direction FlatMan is a B2B web platform with dedicated smartphone application that enables real estate companies to communicate faster and more efficiently with tenants and craftsmen. This helps to avoid redundancies and optimize property management processes. Thanks to FlatMan tenants can now send their requests to the REA at any time, attach pictures and propose dates to match an appointment with the technician. The REA evaluates all the requests of the tenants and forwards the summary of the intervention to the craftsman, who, again through the app, confirms the intervention. This avoids unnecessary exchanges of e-mails and phone calls. Therefore, REAs are able to track all processes and draw up the relevant statistics, increasing transparency towards owners and tenants. Employees can now view the tenant’s notifications after doing their daily work (e.g. the preparation of a contract), without being constantly interrupted. FlatMan also allows to monitor the progress of the reparation work, increasing control and traceability. Our platform also permits craftsmen to schedule appointments with tenants by synchronizing their calendars. To complete the circle, tenants can rate the craftsmen so that REAs can better understand the quality of their work.

In addition to the FlatMan platform the company completes its offer with its new product "Remotus". Remotus is a digital bulletin board that connects the REA with the tenants.
