Deniz Karahan studied law at the University of Zurich and Business Administration at the University of Nine September Izmir. He is working in real estate sector since 2010. He writes regularly books, studies, reports and market analysis in construction, real estate and finance sectors. He is pioneer of property technology worldwide. He is Co-Founder of PropTech AcademyAssociation.

Luca Calanni holds a Master of Science in Real Estate from the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and is the owner and founder of Calanni Estate Consulting AG who provides business consultationandadvisoryservicestoBlockchainanddigitalreal estate projects at every stage. Luca has successfully completed the executive program in Blockchain Technologies from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and has successfully deepened his studies in Distributed Ledger Technology (DTL) at the University of Zurich. Before founding Calanni Estate Consulting he worked in banking for various financial institutions, particularly in the real estate finance sector and private banking. He is Co-Founder of PropTech Academy Association.

As the head of Digital Planning & Simulations at Gruner Roschi, Manuel has built a reputation for himself and his team as the “go-to” in innovations in HVAC engineering. He helps decisionmakers create operative and sustainable high performance buildings by utilizing VDC & BIM in conjunction with building performance simulations and his 19 years of experience in the HVAC industry. Beyond his role at Gruner, Manuel is the President ofThe International Building Performance Simulation Association (IBPSA) Switzerland and serves as a guest docent at various international academic institutions. He is Co-Founder of PropTechAcademyAssociation.
