Parenting Seminars
In addition to providing a wealth of opportunities to support students and staff, Prosper ISD continues to provide avenues to support district parents through the PISD parenting seminars.
These seminars are designed through collaboration with the parent education committee based upon identified topics that are important to parents in the school district as well as responses to the counselor needs survey. This year the meetings focused on providing parents with resources to help student’s social and emotional health.
“The collaboration between the school and our parents is essential to the continued well-being of our students. I am so thankful for the diligence of our parent education committee, which has done an amazing job coordinating the parenting seminars this year,” said Prosper ISD Superintendent Dr. Holly Ferguson, who created the committee.
