C O M P L ETE D P R OJ E CTS Summerwood Subdivision Delaware County, Ohio This 34 acre, $1.5 million dollar, 65 lot subdivision utilized the complete services offered by Trucco Construction. Our crews performed all aspects of sanitary, storm and water installation. We also moved 50,000 c.y. of earthwork, graded and paved the streets. In-house surveying allowed synchronized control of the flow of this project.

FedEx Distribution Center Boone County, KY Trucco Construction.’s fleet of scrapers, dozers, trucks and unique Holland Loader moved 1.5 million yards of earth and rock on this project. The ability to move 15,000 c.y. of earth per day allowed the $5 million dollar site package to stay ahead of schedule.
