By the Sea A Watch Hill fixer-upper makes the perfect weekend home for two DIY-ers Four years ago Tina Varona and Eric Dery purchased a second home in Watch Hill after spending countless day trips and weekends visiting the coastal Westerly neighborhood, a tradition of Varona’s since childhood. “My family would take a day trip on Saturday, come home, only to turn around and go back to the beach on Sunday.
