As a student, you acquire knowledge and skills as you learn on the job, integrating academic learning with work-related activities! You are given credit for how you apply the theory you’ve learned rather than the number of classes (or credit hours) you’ve taken.

Our monthly subscription model enables you to set the pace of your studies and potentially save money. As soon as you can demonstrate proficiency to your mentors in each outcome, you move forward. No wasted time and no wasted dollars.

Mentors guide you, as a student, in demonstrating your proficiency in all aspects of leadership. They help you through practice to acquire and to demonstrate the right level of knowledge, skills, competencies and professional attitudes needed to succeed.
