Whatever meaning Easter has for you – it’s also about holidays, catching up with family and friends and of course… food.

I love Easter Friday. Of course, it’s the start of a four-day weekend but also, it’s the day our family celebrates together. First thing in the morning the children put on their cute bunny ears and wear them every day until after the egg hunt on the Sunday. For many years, my Mum has been making her magical fish pie (with the help of a Rick Stein recipe). It’s absolutely delicious, everyone loves it and is now a family tradition that we all look forward to. Sharing food, prepared with love is one of the great joys of life.

We try to make the most of the entire break – catching up with friends and family, taking a day trip, but making sure we put aside some time just to relax.

From our family to yours, we hope you have a wonderful Easter.
