The Wedding Sitter

Wanting her beloved cat Theodore present when she married her husband, led veterinary nurse Karryn to launch her growing business The Wedding Sitter. They quickly realised that involving pets in a wedding can be logistical nightmare with nothing in the area offering a service to assist. Karryn believes having your pet as a part of your wedding is something people dream of - a great idea - but when it comes to executing it the responsibility will often fall on a friend or family member, taking them away from fully enjoying your day. Your dedicated wedding day pet assistant has your pet as their sole focus and will take care of everything for you. Each and every pet whether furry, scaly of feathered can be catered for with their involvement in the wedding tailored for each individual, ensuring they are as calm and happy as possible - because no two pets are the same! They’re exercised beforehand, transported safely to and from your venue and chaperoned throughout the ceremony - even assisted if they have a role in the proceedings such as ring bearer or flower dog. The team work closely with photographers to capture those picture-perfect moments so you can have those beautiful memories with your treasured pets forever. Afterwards your pets are taken home for playtime, feeding, medicating and overnight sitting if requested. Karryn and her team are equipped with the knowledge and experience to handle any pet, even those that may be anxious or boisterous. They wouldd love to answer any questions you have so get in touch with The Wedding Sitter to find out more.
