Therapies have been selected to provide holistic health and wellness benefits and are inclusive for all ages, abilities and lifestyle. These include: infrared sauna, salt (halo) therapy, floatation, energy healing, massage, nutrition, meditation, yoga and more! We also host some amazing workshops and hire out beautiful event spaces. All retail products are Australian-made or locally-produced, toxin-free and complementary to our offerings.
