THE BUSINESS
PRUNERVET CENTRE was established in 2015 under the laws of Kenya. The business is situated at Wan G building opp. Co-operative Bank Juja, Kiambu county – Kenya. INTRODUCTION
PRUNERVET CENTRE business goal is to provide veterinary services and products to our customers at the fairest and affordable prices in the market. We offers our services at reduced prices by carefully maintaining efficiencies in our operations and by targeting a specific segment of the market – small agrovets, individual farms, veterinary professionals and walk-in customers. By focusing on this segment it gives us additional efficiencies – we avoid disruptions in cash flow often associated with credit payments. PRUNERVET CENTRE provides a wide range of veterinary products and services to broaden our catch for clients through our vast supplier contacts and veterinary partners to ensure that our clients find us most ideal to meet their demands. Continual development drives our ambition so as to always remain a state of art hub of information.

THE TEAM
PRUNERVET CENTRE is lead by a Bachelors of Veterinary Medicine (BVM) graduates with a vast experience in both commercial and technical facets of the veterinary industry – pharmacology products, biological products, supplements and nutritional products plus training and offering extension services to individuals and organizations in the veterinary industry in Kenya. PRUNERVET CENTRE thrives by employing friendly and knowledgeable personnel which along with our great prices, will drive the repeat business that we rely upon. We only expect that as the cost of livestock farming continues to skyrocket, PRUNERVET CENTRE will appeal more and more to the customer’s sense of value and convenience. Costs are minimized by maintaining only one animal health technician, one business administrator cum sales assistant and filling any void with one unskilled person or more if need be. We have hired skilled consultants to reduce the hiring of in-house staff e.g. accountant, auditors. We expected to reach profitability by our second year (Achieved in 2017) and generate substantial sales by year three. 3
OBJECTIVES
Our primary objective is always to exceed customer expectations with superior pricing, quality extension services and a wide range of products and equipments. The short term objectives include: 1. Increase the clientele base by more than 20% every year. 2. Develop a business that survives off its own cash flow. 3. Profitability by 2nd year of operation. We will expand our services and scope of activities to: 1. Open branches/ franchises in newer markets to extend reach of our services and grow revenue. 2. Open a demo farm to demonstrate farming efficiency through training. 3. Develop our own product line; Prunervet range of products. 4. Partnership with an international veterinary organization to distribute products locally. 4
