Exfoliating: Washing your face at regular intervals will help rejuvenate your skin leaving it fresh and glowing. This will also lead to removal of dead skin layers. Exfoliate 2-3 times a week because overdoing it will cause skin inflammation and will lead to skin damage.

Cleansing & Toning: Cleansing is the most effective way of removing dirt, germs and dead layers from your skin. Cleaning your face regularly will make it glow. Toning your face will help in restoring your skin's natural pH level and will make it further more resistant against bacteria.


Facial Exercises : Facial exercises are helpful in shaping, toning and tightening your face. These exercises also help in increasing blood flow and circulation which in turn helps in reducing wrinkles on your face. However, facial exercises, if not done in the right manner, can make your skin more prone to wrinkles due to constant stretching and folding.
