RCC is a unique project as it is already designed by Professors of Tokyo University, Japan, and Schematic drawings were done by Nihon Sekkei Architects. As a Project Architect, I need to redesign certain parts of the building according to Indian standards and codes, producing execution drawings in coordination with the various teams,s and design External Landscape in coordination with the Landscape Team.

Applewoods Row Houses Applewoods is one of the Biggest townships in Ahmedabad located at the outer periphery of Ahmedabad. As an Architectural ď€ rm we had design Villas and Commercial for the township before, now we were assigned to design Row Houses, As a new Architect in the ď€ rm I was involved in Conceptualizing and Designing Row Houses in coordination with Project Architect and Design Directors, I was also involved in making working drawings and Detail Drawings for the same.

Welspun Skill Centre Design We had to Design a Skill Centre which will be Used to Enhance the Individual Skills of a Person joining Welspun Industries, the Design also includes the Recruitment Centre and Workshops as these three blocks are interconnected to each other. The design was a bit challenging as the Client required LEED and GRIHA certiď€ cation for this project.

(Competition Project) An International Design Competition was held where 3 eminent architects were invited to submit their proposals for Mater Plan for the Capitol Complex and Detail Design for the Legislature and High Court Building. “The winning proposal of the Capital Complex International Design Competition is from Japanese architects M/s. Maki & Associates”. We were one of the Empanelled architectural rms who had been asked to submit Recommendations on the Master Plan for the Capital Complex, Concept Designs for the Legislature and High Court Buildings, and Concept Designs for the Secretariat and HOD Buildings. (Competition Project) Another Competition project held by Vijaywada Municipal Corporation for Designing Ofce building for corporations and refurbishment of Council Hall. Being a Project Architect for this competition we had given a design proposal which includes redesigning of Council Hall and Designing Ofce Space for VMC including Retail Commercial Space at upper oors which will generate revenue to the state. NMDC is the largest producer and exporter of Iron Ore in India, with three operational mines in states of Chhattisgarh and Karnataka. To offer good living conditions to miners and employees, NMDCltd. along with Chhattisgarh housing board intends to develop a modern township near Jagdalpur, with site area 118 acres . As an Architect, we were involved in developing a Master Plan focus on building organization and form, creating an identity for the Township, introducing diversity, providing a good quality of life and ensuring sustainability. Developing layers of Master Plan and including sustainable Design Principals in mentor ship of Design Director.

IIPE - RFP for Indian Institute of Petroleum and Energy, Vishakapatnam IIPE Vishakhapatnam is a premier institute, imparting knowledge regarding petroleum and hydrocarbons. As a competition leader in order to develop this proposal, we, together with our specialist consultants, had followed a comprehensive process where we seize the opportunities and understand constraints of the site and brief. We had produced an innovative, holistic and sustainable proposal for the Site area of 228 acres. As a team lead, for 10 people including architects, visualisers, interns and consultants we developed the vision for what IIPE's future campus could be. With the development of Master Plan we also developed individual clusters with detailed planning of academic, students residence, and faculty residence along with Central and community greens with allied facilities. Refurbishment and Retro tment of Jaipur International Airport Terminal T1 Jaipur International Airport is recognized as the best airport in the world (catering 2-5 million passengers per annum) for years 2015 and 2016 by Airports Council International. Situated in Sanganer, a southern suburb of Jaipur, J.I.A. handles approximately 29 lakh people every year. With two terminals T-1 and T-2, T-2 operates both domestic and international ights. Currently, T-1 caters to cargo movements and Haj passengers. As a part of the project, we need to design refurbish and retro tment of Terminal T1 from inside out so that it can function as International Airport. As project architect I am involved in this project from concept to execution coordinating with different consultants

SGCCI Corporate Ofce, Sarsana SGCCI Corporate Ofce was a competition project required to design their corporate hub. As there was a large chunk of land available roughly around 1,25000 sqm we need to develop a master plan, along with the design of the Corporate ofce hub. Workspaces that promote efcient work practices, a rich diversity of spaces used and spaces that reduce hierarchy. As Project Architect my role was to lead the project under the mentorship of the Design Director, built-up ofce team, and deliver the deliverables in a very tight time line.

Tech Tower, GIDC at Gift City Tech Tower at GIFT city Gandhinagar, was a Competition project to design a high rise corporate building for IT industries which is hyper efcient, super sustainable, dignied and iconic building. As a project architect my job was to lead the competition by developing concept design, coordinating with consultants for preparing tender documents and design presentation. High lights of Design were G+28 height, dual core design which gives large tenants an opportunity to promote exclusivity and their corporate identity, spaces lled with natural light, exible diversity of spaces which can be efciently planned and its not just a building but community.
