GRECH Most Reverend Joseph Angelo DD Bishop of Sandhurst The Sacred Heart School Community mourns the passing of our much loved Bishop Joe. He was our pastor and our friend. He was an advocate for and advanced the cause for those less fortunate in our world. His catch cry to our youth, “God does not make rubbish”, challenged us to find the good in everyone. He had a special love for our schools and always had time for us. He was a passionate supporter of Catholic Education and an inspiration to our students and staff. Bishop Joe was a charismatic, warm and loving Man of God and Man of the People. We give thanks for his life, which he shared so generously. We pray for his family, friends, his brother bishops and priests. "Those whom we have loved and lost are no longer where they were before; they are now wherever we are." St John Chrysostom

25/9/55 - 2/1/09. To my darling Gary. One more year has passed and still you are not home. I know you are gone as this is the only reason you would not be by my side. I just can’t believe it. I miss you and everything about our life we had together. If only I could talk to you face to face, laugh with you, feel the happiness we once had. Ours was a true love and a true love story never ends. It will continue to live in my heart until we meet again. You are and always will be forever my darling. Loving you always and the most. Teena.

James.

A face we love is missing. A voice we love is still. A place is vacant in our hearts which no one else can fill. We think about you daily. We talk about you too. We have so many happy memories, but wish we still had you. Forever loved by his Mum and Bill.

Two years have passed but our sadness remains. Not a day goes by without us thinking of you. Your love and kindness to our family is so deeply missed. We love and miss you every day. A loving brother. Love Daryl and Sue. ~~~~~ Each day we think about you and realise you have gone. We can’t explain the emptiness that our lives have now become. They say that time’s a healer, but we are not too sure. For every time we think of you, we miss you more and more. Loved uncle of Dame and Nath.
