COuNCIL MEETING Council’s September Ordinary meeting will be held on Tuesday, 20 September 2011 commencing at 9.30 am. Time is set aside in Council’s Ordinary meetings at 3.00 pm for residents wishing to make presentations to Council. To enable residents presentations to be listed in Council’s Agenda residents must advise the General Manager in writing by 5.00 pm on the Tuesday preceding the Ordinary meeting day of Council. DRAFT SPECIAL EVENT POLICY At its Ordinary Meeting held on 16th August 2011, Council adopted the draft Special Event Policy which has now been placed on public exhibition.
