Isobel was a loving partner to Harley for over 70 years, the best mother, nan, great nan, aunt and friend. The Yarrawonga community information session times will be held on Wednesday 25 July 2012 from 5.30pm-7.30pm at the Yarrawonga Town Hall, Belmore St. This session will be an open information session format in which people can attend, view information and ask questions of staff at their leisure. A formal presentation will be provided at 7pm for those who are interested. The National Broadband Network (NBN) is a high speed broadband network designed to reach 100 percent of Australian premises and provide the communications infrastructure to help us stop falling behind in an increasingly online world. NBN Co is committed to delivering leading edge broadband services to all Australians by leveraging the three types of technology available – fibre, fixed wireless and satellite, depending on location. As part of the fixed radio (wireless) component of the Network, NBN Co is proposing to establish a radio network base station to provide high quality wireless broadband service by utilising the existing mobile base stations at the following sites – Yarrawonga Central – Existing Tower at 26 Belmore Street, Yarrawonga, VIC 3730 Bundalong – Existing Tower at 7393 Murray Valley Highway, Bundalong, VIC 3730 The facilities proposed will involve all or a combination of the following works – Installation of 3 x panel antennas, 3 x remote radio units and a 900mm microwave dish antenna to be mounted on the existing towers at 35m and 52m heights respectively. Associated radio equipment is expected to be housed in small cabinets or a single equipment shelter established adjacent to the existing tower. NBN Co regards the proposed installations as a Low Impact Facility under the Telecommunications (Low-Impact Facilities) Determination 1997. In the circumstances both do not require planning approval from the Responsible Authorities.
