ent teams winning the three different rounds we had. The players then alternated between skills and modified games for the remainder of the session. Many kids are starting
to develop their batting and bowling skills. This is pleasing as they must be practising at home. More matches will be continued to be implemented as we go through the program to further encourage skill development. At the conclusion of the evening the ever popular awards were handed out. This week the parent helpers were looking for cricketers who tried hard during the skill development activites. KFC awards were won by Alex Cameron and Jobe Kennedy, Wingates Sports were won by Ben Cameron and Ethan Stephens, Subway were won by Lochie Forge and Oscar Elliott and the McDonald’s awards were won by Taz Kerr and Thomas Gorman. The icy poles donated by Safeway were enjoyed by all the kids. This Thursday night Les Garbutt will be taking a group photo of the Milo participants. Please ensure that all the players are there at 4.30 as it would be a shame if any kids missed out on the photo. A group photo will be available for sale for $5 in future Milo sessions. Again thank you to all parents and extra helpers for their assistance as it makes all involved have a more enjoyable time.
