Now we’re stuck with two unusable properties.  Sheeple who blindly vote “Yes” on these school bonds in the name of “It’s for the kids.” Typical progressive thinking – throw money at a problem and it will go away. I have kids at a GCS school and I voted “No.”  The person complaining about “Neighbor’s dog yapping 24/7.” I have a modest suggestion for your problem: Talk to your neighbors, not about them in a newspaper. Who knows, you might make a friend.
