Our fit

Wetsuit performance comes from a combination of neoprene quality, body fit and strategic panelling. Over the past couple of years we’ve worked relentlessly to deliver a range of suits that incorporate all of the above. Our goal is simple; make wetsuits that we want to wear. Suits for UK surfers.

Working closely with our riders and staff, we’ve come up with a specific minimal panelling strategy, focused on increasing warmth retention, enhancing flexibility and maximising performance. In addition, we offer a comprehensive range of sizes designed to accommodate the majority of UK surfers.

Our neoprene

Our standards

Building strong relationships with the top wetsuit and neoprene manufacturers, has allowed us to produce suits using only the best materials available and to develop two types of neoprene: A-Flex Pro and A-Flex.

In wetsuit design, getting the details spot-on is essential. At Animal, we’ve incorporated these details across our whole range, meaning advanced design comes as standard. Therefore, expect all our suits to come with AK Knee Pads and Seal Skin Neck; key features for versatility and durability.

A-Flex Pro is a 100% super stretch neoprene–the best dynamic stretch neoprene available–designed for high performance and flexibility, whilst keeping the essential parts warm in the harshest of environments. A-Flex is a 100% stretch neoprene that is built to last and endure, whilst also offering great value.
