Now, relax the weight of your head and torso and let everything surrender downward with gravity. Next, interlace your fingers behind your neck, but be careful not to push or pull on your neck. Simply allow the added weight of your arms to move you deeper into the stretch. Hold for about one minute and repeat as many times as you desire.
