MY FAIR LADY November 5-20, 2016 (No show November 11) Based on George Bernard Shaw’s Pygmalion, with book and lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and music by Frederick Loewe, the story concerns Eliza Doolittle, a cockney flower girl who takes speech lessons from professor Henry Higgins, so that she may pass as a lady. ANYTHING GOES January 28 - February 12, 2017 The S. S. American is sailing between New York and England with a comical assemblage of passengers: Reno Sweeney, Billy Crocker, Hope Harcourt and a second-rate conman named Moonface Martin. Song, dance, and farcical antics ensue as Reno and Moonface try to help Billy win the love of his life. EVITA April 29 - May 14, 2017 This dynamic musical masterpiece chronicles the life of Argentina’s Eva Peron, from her dirt-poor childhood existence to First Lady at twenty-seven. She was dead at thirty-three. Told through a compelling score that fuses haunting chorales with exuberant Latin, pop and jazz influences, Evita creates an arresting theatrical portrait as complex as the woman herself.
