Welcome to Mandate Men's Conference It gives me great pleasure to invite you to the Mandate Men’s Conference 2023. I am really looking forward to spending some quality time worshipping, fellowshipping, learning, and growing with my brothers in Christ. This year we will be holding a ONE-day conference held on the 18th December 2023 and the theme is UNLEASHING The Leader Within. We kick off with a continental breakfast at 9am where we will all get to catch up with each other and then we will proceed with the rest of the day. The visionary and host Agu Irukwu is a law graduate of the University of Warwick, UK. A former investment banker and partner in a law firm; he is now the Senior Pastor of Jesus house for all nations London. He is the founder of the Mandate Men’s Ministries, a ministry which seeks to empower, equip, encourage and raise Godly men He was one of the Presidents of Churches Together in England (CTE) representing the Pentecostal churches in England. He served with the 5 other presidents including the Archbishop of Canterbury Justin Welby & Cardinal Nichols The Cardinal of the Roman Catholic Church. He co-founded a children’s charity with his wife, Sola, called Bright Futures for African Children. A charity which seeks to break the cycle of poverty by providing educational facilities and resources to children in poverty-stricken communities in Africa. Pastors Agu and Sola Irukwu have three children and they live in Eastcote, Middlesex, United Kingdom.

Dr Maxwell Ubah is a leadership, strategy, culture and organisational transformation consultant. He helps senior executives improve their personal and business/organisational performance through training, coaching and consulting engagements. Dr Ubah holds the prestigious Sloan Fellowship in Leadership and Strategy from the London Business School (2011). He is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Consultants USA and Canada and a Fellow of the International Management Consultants Board. He has attended the Wharton Executive Education Programme on Strategic Thinking and Leadership for Growth. He is also a graduate of medicine and surgery from the College of Medicine, University of Lagos, Akoka (1997). He has designed and delivered training and coaching interventions to thousands of busy executives for such organisations like United Bank for Africa (UBA), PZ. Cussons, Zenith Bank, Nestle Nigeria Plc, MTN Communications, Lafarge WAPCO, Heirs Holdings to name a few. He has the authored three books. Patrick Regan OBE is the founder and CEO of Kintsugi Hope, a new charity which aims to create safe and supportive spaces for those struggling with emotional and mental health challenges. He is also the founder of urban youth work charity XLP. Patrick has travelled to over thirty countries working with and on behalf of the poorest communities and is a regular contributor on radio and TV on issues of poverty and justice. He received the Mayor of London Peace Award in 2010 for his valuable contribution towards peace and justice. Patrick is a passionate communicator and equally at home on the main stage at a major UK political party conference, engaging in robust debate in the media, connecting with business and community leaders, speaking to inmates in a maximum security prison or gang leaders in Jamaica. He received an Honorary Fellowship from South Bank University for his contribution to Justice, Peace and Wellbeing, He is also fellow of The Centre for Social Justice and is a UK ambassador for Compassion. He has written 5 books Patrick is married to Diane and they have four children.

Matt Bird is a global speaker, leader and entrepreneur. He is Founder of global foundation NAYBA helping 1,000s of churches worldwide to better love their neighbours. CEO of PublishU enabling 100s of people a year to write, publish and launch their books globally. CEO of The Great Entrepreneur coaching people to conceive, plan and launch a business or charity in 30-days. He has spoken in 50 countries to more than a million people, authored 20 books and writes for publications such as The Times newspaper.
