Gliding in the Himalayas Inspiration: Nostalgia often drives us back to a complete feeling of freedom of the past which we hope you can experience at least once in your life. This is when one of the most courageous of us decided to experience gliding over the Himalayas for breath-taking view from above and a truly memorable experience. As with our Himilayan inspired cocktail, make sure you enjoy it till the last drop.
Key points: Tequila based, oloroso sherry – rich in flavour. Smoke reemsembles gliding at height of clouds, mountains appearing and disappearing through clouds. Glass placed on wooden coaster with a 2nd glass on top to cover the smoke – smoke moves around glass, reflecting views of mountains . Paprika on the rim of the glass is a common element can be found at the region of Himalayas , while the drink it self make an exceptional food match combination – can be easily sipped with red meat dishes

Hot Hair Balloon in Masai Mara Inspiration: A once in a lifetime trip to Masai Mara: seafaring all day long and ending with a breakfast out in the wilderness on a Hot Air Balloon. This is a very deep nostalgic moment for one of us but for many a dream that we hope you can one day make true. While you sip this libation, try to guess who from us was the lucky traveller.
Key points: Cornfields & milk comon available ingredients in Africa. Elephant Gin have a partnership (for each bottle sold % donated to charity). Long, refreshing lighter drink. Looks milky/ whiteish.

Sunset in Key West Inspiration: The saying goes, it does not always matter what the destination is, as long as you enjoy the journey. This is the attitude applied for those making the trip to Key West in sunny Florida. Travelling over an 100 mile overseas highway, with the opportunity to hop off in any of the Keys you desire, embrace the laid-back life visiting national parks and indulging in fresh-caught seafood. Key West is it self, a laid back american town, which still holds a great rock n roll vibe with many locals having a classic Harley Davidson as way of transport which make the place
even more unique. Home of inspiration for many years for Ernest Hemingway, the great American novelist. The sunset at the ‘’zero point’’ as Key West is the southern part of entire US, with dircetion to Cuba, is a must see due this trip. Key points: Short drink served in old fashioned glass, boozy cocktail, base spirit American Eagle Bourbon, homemade apricot cordial (drawing on sunset colours) – cordial gives some sweetness. Tio Pepe Spanish sherry is dry, so balances the drink. Garnish inspired by the corals in the sea. 7

Camping on Lake Como Inspiration: For one of our colleagues, the nostalgic memories of childhood are encapsulated by long-gone moments spent camping in one of the most beautiful lakes in Northern Italy, Lake Como. This is a place where it may be raining, snowing, or stunningly hot, but inside your tent you will always feel safe.
Key points: Twist on classic Italian cocktail, negroni – same DNA. Equal measures between key ingredients. Colourless/ yellowish (not reddish like you’d expect). Presentation more casual with bottle on the side to suit camping. Spray cocktail at the end with cedar tree essence – to enhace countryside aromas.

La Tomatina in Valencia Inspiration: It did not take long time for our colleague to describe his nostalgic travel moment - an annual event that is an assault on all senses. Raise this tomato inspired cocktail to join us in toasting La Tomatina festival in the city of Bunol, Valencia. Picture the entire city being painted red, as the whole community comes together in a friendly tomato fight - certainly something you don’t do every day.
Key points: Spanish gin based – Tomato water to get tomato flavour without having a red colour + basil syrup balanced with lemon juice, ingredients comonly found in Mediterranean cousine. Salt solution to activate flavours & zest. Refreshing, sour and sauvory.

Bonfire at a Greek beach Inspiration: Many of us have experienced these sights and scents that take us back to the good old days: bonfire on the beach, the sound of the waves mixed with music, barbecuing delicious food, and unlimited time to laugh with your family and friends. This is the essence of a trip to Greece for our colleagues. While we wait to return, we wish to delight your palate with these incredible Mediterranean flavours and a splash of northern smoky heritage.
Key points: Inspiration came from Mai tai based on rum (rum and Cointreau same, rest of ingredients different in our cocktail) Refreshing, balanced cocktail. Cup placed inside ceramic pot (The ceramic pot where the actual cocktail glass is in, represents the ceramics that in old days in Greek villages used to put the food and let it cooked in wooden oven ) & smoke with olive tree leaves. The colour & consistency of the cocktail reminiscent of olive oil. Base spirit is a Greek brandy (Metaxa) – fat washed process done in house with olive oil. Acid celery and basil juice – common in greek cuisine (needed acidity to balance drink instead of lime/lemon) Bonfire : Kefalonia Island in Ionian Sea / Mirtos beach in particular is the experience where is the main beach that was filmed on Corelis Madolin movie - There is a good grow of olive trees in the island and there is a olive museum as well. 13

Thousand Islands in Ontario Inspiration: Unforgettable memories and unbelievable sights to keep in your heart forever: this is the trip to the Thousand Islands in Ontario with your beloved friends. A windy and chilly boat ride with eyes fully opened to observe island mansions and historic castles after passing the border to Northern New York. Once you are there, the time stops; just make sure you have a drink delicious enough to enjoy the moment. 1000 islands Ontario : All ingredients chosen are related to boat and navy which is the only way to visit the islands - Futhermore there were small artisanal producer of cocoa and hence we linked the cacao brew (obviously they imported the cacao but can also be done in north countries)
Key points: Cacao famously cultivated in the area with many artesianal places in the area developing their own cacao. Only 4 ingredients yet complex flavours and super rich – bit strong. Based on rum, infused with cacao husk. Aged in a small barrel to impart some oak (3-6 weeks approx.) Slightly sweet, stirred with ice.

Exploring the Ghost City Inspiration: Despite all the great adventures the world has to offer, sometimes the most magical memories come from trips closer to home. One of our colleagues cherishes a trip he took to Edinburgh to pursue a passion for whisky, giving him the opportunity to visit some of the most haunted places in the world, right in the city itself, just underground where several ‘’ghost tours’’ are still available to explore in numerous dungeons all over under the city. Our cocktail reflects the historic whisky, but not the hauntings!
Key points: Link is base spirit Scotish Johnny Walker Black label (blended whisky) – smoky flavour. Long drink, quite complex in terms of flavours but still very refreshing. ‘’Skeleton’’ leaf garnish has a playfull connection related to the ghosts.

Northern Lights in Iceland Inspiration: This year, we have all developed a strong desire for adventure and this desire is exactly what led our colleague to rent a caravan and drive with his friends to the far reaches of freezing Iceland. The best part was the journey to reach the location but what would you say if you were so concentrate to diving between two continents that you forgot to experience the Northern Light and the Blue Lagoon? While you think about it, we hope you relish this ice-inspired drink.
Key points: Vodka based cocktail with homemade blueberry syrup, lychee juice & blue curacao. Long drink, slightly on the sweet side, easy to drink, refreshing & summery – lychee and berries, fruity.Drink purple colour reflets the sky Aurora lights. Coaster rock blue ocean representing a huge block of ice floating in a very cold sea. Ref diving between 2 continents? Reflected in 2 ice blocks.
