The result of this experiment showed that people do notice abnormalities of everyday actions, but they may choose either to avoid these abnormalities as much as possible or ignore them, continuing to carry out their everyday life as if nothing had happened. Although we may not notice it, we follow the binding text of social acceptances that we are unable to read. As force of habit we have been hypnotised to enjoy predictability and normality so that we feel secure in a society that has been created for us.
