I have been selling real estate since 1981. At first, I started part-time but as time went on I realized how much I loved helping people achieve their goals....be it.... purchasing or selling their homes or lots and acreage. My husband and I own a construction company that seems to go hand in hand, If I sell a buyer a lot/ acreage. They were looking for a builder to build them a house. We have made many close friends along the way. The real estate industry has changed a lot. The town of Cashiers has become a trendy place to live—lots of new businesses. Subdivisions are being developed. New houses and renovations. A huge demand to live in this beautiful place we call home.
How long have you lived here and why do you call it home?
My husband’s family brought me to the plateau in 1981. I fell in love with the area and lifestyle so Curtis and I decided to stay start our businesses and raise a family.
