EL EC TORAL MANIFESTO
better together
Dear student, Another year has flown by, and yet again we stand before you with a team of energetic and diligent candidates, with a coherent vision for a better Junior College, as illustrated in the following proposals. From its inception, Pulse has never failed to address any issue, obstacle or deadlock encountered by any Junior College student. The organisation has proved itself time and again as an avid contributor to the college environment, and one can easily note this by taking a look at the main areas of the college itself. Fundamentally, we have looked back to our most active year yet and are presenting you this manifesto which encapsulates our efforts, passion and ambition to give you the voice you truly deserve. Pulse represents a history of successes at the Junior College. The only better way forward, is together.
