THE PRESIDENT’S MESSAGE
OUR MESSAGE
Pulse has always strived to engage and listen to the student body for a positive and united future. Over the past two years, the organisation has undergone a positive process of restructuring within its University agenda and this year we are proud to be presenting a tangible, forward-looking vision for our University which will aim to better each and every individual experience on campus. We are presenting an outstanding team of students who are determined to put you at the forefront of their responsibilities.

CAR PARK 6 OPTIMISATION PROJECT
1. Pulse in KSU will implement a Parking Optimisation Project which shall increase the number of parking spaces within Car Park 6. The project shall focus on an efficient maximisation of the current car parking space around the University of Malta. Architectural studies show how acute angle parking spaces and one-way carriage-ways ensure a more efficient utilisation of the available area. Current projections1 of the optimisation of Car Park 6 West will increase parking spaces in this area by 11%. Upon the successful redesign of Car Park 6 West, Pulse in KSU shall continue with the optimisation of the entirety of Car Park 6 to ensure that more car park spaces are created for students within the University of Malta.
1 Projections are fully compliant with Ernst & Peter Neufert, “Architects' Data (4th edition, Wiley Blackwell, 2012.)
