Owner Kelly Mata and her staff provide exclusive attention to find the size and style that fits you. No need to worry if they have your size. You will find a large selection with sizes from petite to plus and every shape in between.

“Finding the correct fit plays a critical role in our appearance and selfesteem,” owner Kelly Mata shares. “One customer came in asking for a 4X. I picked out several items for her to try on, and she only needed a 1X. For years, she had dressed in clothes that were too big and baggy for her body type. Her confidence level was instantly boosted and her self-esteem went through the roof!”

A Chicago native, Kelly moved to Paducah 19 years ago. She comes from a long line of strong women and Kelly had an entrepreneur’s mindset from the start. Her Latina family heritage played an important role in her decision to start her business. In addition to the boutique, she also owns Kelly Mata & Sons Pressure Washing. In 2019 Kelly became Grandma to Roxanna. Her granddaughter is the inspiration behind the boutique. Roxanna has a beautiful Persian and Latina background. In Persian culture, Joon means respect. Friends describe Kelly as a Glam-ma, and from those names, Joonie Glam Boutique was born. Kelly and Roxanna’s mission is to share their love of fashion while providing top-notch customer service with integrity and dignity.

“I became a mom at 15 and my daughter changed my life,” explained Kelly. “Desiray, Christian, and Geovanni make me a proud mother of three. It’s all about family, and my granddaughter Roxanna and I are making memories neither of us will ever forget.”

Specialty undergarments for women who have breast cancer and for those who have undergone reconstructive surgery will soon be arriving. Kelly is experienced in assisting customers during this process in a private and confidential setting.

“It’s very meaningful to offer this service,” Kelly told me. “Surgeries and treatments are difficult, but finding the right shapewear doesn’t have to be.”
